Did Kanye Really Say This To Kim?

Rap artist and icon in his own mind, Kanye West, supposedly said to Kim Kardashian that he's not interested anymore and is desirous of moving on with his life without her.

Additionally, that she should be able to drop the pounds much like Black Chyna did upon having had birthed her child. As you know, Kim has been having a hard time shedding the weight upon having given birth to 'Nori' approximately three months ago.
Would what he purportedly said be farfetched? Considering that she is on her last leg as far as relationship options, if Kanye did say this or anything remotely close, she would just hang on and take whatever he can verbally dish out to save face.
Speaking of saving face, word has it that she only posted a recent pic of Nori to quiet people from saying that she is too self absorbed to care about a child but not too much to chase a man who doesn't want her considering that she left the child in pursuit of Kanye who was in Paris -- preferably without her at the time.
