Actress, Leah Remini, is set to give a deposition filed against The Church of Scientology by Monique Rathburn in Los Angeles, California October 15th.
This despite the numerous attempts to such as harassment, intimidation, and stalking, to prevent both women from coming forward.
The Jackson family has taken a loss in relevance to their wrongful death law suit filed against AEG involving the late Michael Jackson -- much to "their" dismay. It has been speculated that the family should have known that they had not a leg to stand on in court against AEG. The matriarch was purportedly pushed to file a lawsuit in the event to either get money to cover surviving children's debts if not bring exposure to their pending music and business projects.
Therefore, the lawsuit was the only option the family had since the youngest sibling, Janet, purportedly refused to be their cash cow.
