Shakira Wins In Getting A Lawsuit Dismissed!

Columbian singer, Shakira, can consider herself, yet again, victorious in having the same lawsuit filed by her ex boyfriend, Antonio de la Rua, dismissed. de la Rua considers himself owed up to the tune of $100 million of her fortune.

 He makes the same claim as Janet Jackson's ex husband, Renee Elizondo, in having contributed to building her as a brand. Too bad that the courts saw his repeated filing of this claim frivolous because yet again, he leaves with nothing.
The reason why he keeps getting the lawsuit thrown out is largely due to the fact that he, like Renee Elizondo's claim in relevance to Janet Jackson, neither didn't nor couldn't produce documented proof as a contributor to any of her previous works including the song he purportedly wrote, 'Hips Don't Lie'.
Shakira states that she is glad to get this harassment behind her so that she can move on with her life. However, she should only expect to for her ex to make a fourth run in another court.
