Actors, Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer, may want to squarely place blame on the backs of critics
but according to insiders, the blame is squarely on the backs of the actors themselves who had lost sight of the movie from the very beginning; the essence of the Lone Ranger's theme -- clothing, appearance, etc was lost in translation.
Therefore, it had nothing to do about pre-writing for failure but the fact that the actors didn't keep in time with the look of the characters they were portraying. Why? Simply put, they wanted to change the appearance of the characters to fit the times despite how they, Lone Ranger and Tonto, were originally in relevance to their onscreen portrayals causing a conflict of what was known in comparison to what was seen.
In other news, Depp, is purportedly under scrutiny for wanting to portray, in a movie, a cult leader charged with the 1993 ritual killings of three young boys from Memphis Tennessee. It has been further stated that the actor has taken a liking to the cult leader and has befriended him due to occult ties.
