Did Eddie Murphy Try Ruin This Starlet's Career?

Michael Michele was considered one of the most beautiful African American woman in the industry and apparently, comedy giant, Eddie Murphy, noticed.
However, because of her widely speculated refusal of actor/comedienne, Eddie Murphy, sexual advances towards her for a role in a movie he starred in in which she was to be featured, she had been blackballed -- even momentarily, from the industry. This despite her appearing in the movie, New Jack City, opposite of Wesley Snipes and appearing in some television sitcoms.
Albeit the case, she could say that she got a laugh as his Beverly Hills Cop themed sitcom was canned courtesy of CBS regardless of his "star power".
