Is Sylvester Stallone Delusional?

Actor, Sylvester Stallone, is expected to be working on a televised project; a Rambo mini series. However, there is the likelihood that he may not reprise the role despite being in reasonably good physical shape for his age....purportedly unbeknownst to him.
Stallone is in hopes to reprise the role on the small screen but according to producers who are linked to the pending project, that is highly unlikely because of his "lack of appeal that time and surgery can't fix". They'd rather he pursue the role of consultant for the movie to series transition.
